WHAT IS AN EDUCATIONAL/INSTITUTIONAL LICENSE? 

An Educational/Institutional DVD has a special Site License that allows for Limited Public Performance within a school or organization.

WHAT ARE PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS?
Public Performance Rights are special rights that allow for the public performance of a particular film to an audience outside the privacy of your home. These types of screenings are typically one time events, festivals, or semi-theatrical screenings.

This license will grant the right to use and screen this DVD at the primary place of business for your institution. Please note that there are separate prices for Universities/Institutions/Non-Profits and K-12 schools. If you are purchasing this film for a fire department please purchase the University/Institutional/Non-Profit version.

LICENSE FEES ARE:

$195 for University/Institutional/Non-Profit license (includes DVD)

$95 for K-12 (includes DVD)

This license will allow you to exhibit the film under the following conditions:

• To Audiences of no more than 50 individuals.

• These performances MUST be free of charge and NOT used as a part of any fundraising activities.

• These performances must be promoted to members of the organization purchasing the film and must not be advertised to the general public.

If you would like to show the film outside of your institution or to groups larger than 50 people, or if you would like to charge admission or use TOO HOT FOR BURN as a fundraiser, please contact us directly.
